Call the office or go to the nearest emergency room if experiencing worsening of symptoms or having suicidal/ homicidal thoughts.

If you are experiencing an emergency:

B. Additionally, Maryland’s Crisis Helpline is available 24/7 to provide support, guidance, and assistance. Please call 211 and select option 1, text your zip code 898-211, or visit 211MD.org.
C. You can also call your local Mobile Crisis Team (MCT) which we have listed the numbers for below.
D. Please reach out to us at your earliest convenience to schedule an appointment with your therapist. They will help walk you through a safety plan to help you during crisis situations.
